Training Programs are the Solution for Saudi Unemployment

Achieving almost 40 % Saudization, ASJC fosters future leaders through various program initiatives such as the Young Leader Program (YLP). The Saudi Technicians Program’s objective is to prepare competent Saudi technicians in the field of HVAC and Refrigeration for ASJC’s After Market operation which aims to equip them with advanced skills through engagement in advanced training programs.
